This sound comes from a Kyma spectral process called Crystallization. The source for this sound is a loop from two friends playing the "cajon"
. The evolution of the sound is very interesting, you can see how the
rhythm-groove (el "toque"), of the loop is preserved but the timbre is
altered transforming some of the transients into notes...
Very inspiring...
