m05c0 you can thank the user who uploaded the sound for their good will instead of criticizing in such a manner, if the noise on the background can be cleaned, you can also do it yourself.

first try cleaning the noise from the background, if i'd wanted a dog's bark or a car's horn, i'd search for it.
