All sound is muffled by the snowy surface of the city. All sounds very far away.
Someone is walking the dog. Another coughs every now and then. It squeaks like somewhere indoors. Immediately I think of the corona virus that dominates the country.
Nice to hear how someone walks on the frozen snow.
Two Dutch-speaking men say hello to each other and tell how they enjoyed today's beautiful weather. They say goodbye and wish each other good night.
Two dogs further away bark at each other and the bus drives empty through the slippery streets.
Someone is coughing again. You'd think there's a virus floating around. (-;
