Balingup is a small town in the south west of Western Australia. This recording was taken beside a small stream that runs beside the South West Highway that runs through the town. The highway swings round a broad bend, down a hill and over a small bridge. There are three species of frogs here calling in the early afternoon on a bright sunny day in late august 2007.
