Summer rainfall in the mountains.
I recorded this file from the window of a house located near Cruseilles, in the French alps, during a heavy rainfall.
At 0’23’’, you can hear a big thunder strike, then the rain goes from heavy to moderate, while thunder rolls regularly in the background. At the end of the file, rain becomes lighter.
Recorded in August 2020 with an Olympus LS-P4 and a Rode Stereo videomic X (SVMX).
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.
