Palawan, Philippines 2008

Recorded at the edge of lowland forest and mangroves that are part of the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park in Sabang, Palawan, Philippines. This recording is a separate one from the Bambua02.WAV recording that is also in this sample pack. A chorus of Philippine Toads can be heard from the mangroves, along with the sounds of various forest crickets. Equipment used was a Sennheiser MKE-300 mic, with an Edirol R-09 recorder. Some editing was done to reduce the background noise in this recording.
