To create this song I recorded several pieces of sounds that I mixed together. First I recorded myself opening a can of pills and some boxes, then I poured water in a glass and I recorded myself drinking some of it. I wanted this sound to suggest that someone was preparing his meds before taking them with some water. That’s why I kept the best parts, where we heard more easily what I wanted to express. I reduced the noise (around 12dB for the glass and the opening parts, a bit less with the drinking because the sound was a bit lower). I used the compressor effect (threshold : -20dB, noise level : -40dB, Ratio : 3.1, release : 1.8) because the part with the glass had too much peak and I normalized a tiny bit (10dB) in order to make the drinking part more audible.
