Ambience before new year in Philippines.
I recorded this audio file about 2 hours before new year 2017. I was standing on a small hill located near Calapan city (Oriental Mindoro, Philippines).
In the distance, you can hear many sounds coming from the city, like horns, firecrackers, traffic, people shouting… You can also hear crickets and wind in the grass and trees.
Recorded with an Olympus LS-3 and a Luhd PM-01M mono microphone (Primo em172).
Fade in/out and high pass filter 120Hz -6dB/oct applied in Audacity.
