This sample contains 10 minutes of raining sound, recorded using a Zoom H4n, uncompressed, 24bit, stereo.
It is processed to removing any distracting sounds from the recording. Also a subtle filter was applied to remove recording artefacts in the very low and very high frequencies which were not part of the actual sound.
You can hear the background rain noise and some wind from trees. In the foreground is the permanent distinctive sound of rain drops falling on a metal window ledge. Irregular larger drop sounds from the roof are also audible in the recording.
