i did a live sound performance on 20070928
i program 2 Lego minstorms nxts,
they become a sound generator with controls and switches
i can modulate and control sound generated by minstorms nxt in real time
Lego mindstorms nxt sound quality:
8-bit resolution and 2-16 KHz sample rate
therefore not much sound quality is lost, after i convert it into 128k mp3
one nxt's output has a aux send to pioneer djx 1000. i add sound effect every now and then
