Sunny winter day in pine forest in the south of the Netherlands. People have fun. They like to walk through the forest on Sunday. Children voices around. There is a railway line in the distance. 
Woodpecker searching for food on the trees. This forest is part of nature reserve 'Kampina' in the province of Noord-Braband in the south of the Netherlands. There are often pine trees in the forest. A single silver birch can also be found here.
