It starts calm and than, yes, a blizzard (snowstorm) races over the city. Schools are closed early. In the beginning some kids audible. Only a single car driver ventures into the white suburban streets. 
First the children play. Later after 25 minutes the wind whistles through the city. The weather forecast give a code red. The highest level. Advice to stay at home. Traffic seems to be disrupted. Not a usual situation here.
Beautiful, the sound of tires over the wet asphalt, the barking dogs and the tits that lurk on my balcony.
