Hard plastic CD case being opened, closed and shaken: rattling of the CD inside the hard plastic case, snapping of the case closing, clicking of the case opening. Harsh rattling, snapping, popping sounds. The sound was recorded with the Zoom H6 recorder, making use of the XY stereo microphone attachment. The sound was post-processed in Reaper DAW in order to remove handling noise from the recorder and other low sounds (high pass filter). The sound was recorded on an afternoon in a sound-proofed room in order to lessen any influence from external noises.
