Production steps
This sound reminds printer fax used in pharmacies to scan prescriptions.
This is a mixed sound : an audio recording which was modified on Audacity to achieve this effect.
The original sound comes from the creaking of a faculty door. I selected the part where the squeak was the most acute as well as continuous jerky.
I then added the following effects:
- More bass : -0.6dB
- Speed: x1.126
- Echo: 2 seconds
Finally I repeated the track 5 times.
