Nice, clean recording.
Sounds kinda far away though...
But it does do a good job of capturing the sound very realistically.
But on a more serious note, please never fire guns into the air, a surprisingly high number of people get killed by bullets fired during celebrations all over the world, such as new years in the US, or sometimes weddings in the middle east.

I don't think you want to be responsible for seriously injuring or even killing some innocent little kid or someone's beloved pet, especially if you live in a place without free healthcare.
Now obviously this is allot more of an issue if you live in a densely packed urban area, and generally the bullets don't travel very far, so if your out in the middle of nowhere with no signs of anyone else, or you own the property for a couple miles around, than the only people your endangering are your selves, and that's your choice.
