I've been looking for a similar effect for quite a few years and no one has built one. So, using a simple synth and bass drop worked wonders for what I needed.

The sound effect is from The Matrix and is the sound heard near the beginning when the police are attempting to arrest Trinity, just before the Agents get upstairs. When Trinity jumps, this is that effect.

This version has been slowed down some. See my other one to get kind of the replicated version.
