@rmfalcao The original by Romariogrande is here ... http://freesound.org/people/Romariogrande/sounds/399354/ , it has a CC0 license : that allows commercial-use of the original. IMO anything with advertising attached is commercial-use , (e.g. a monetized YouTube).

Hi,
What is your comprehension of "Non-Commercial"? It has been a controversial topic. My concrete example is: may I use it free of charge for the sound edition of a podcast episode, which will be available for free to listeners, but where the host makes money from sponsors by publishing such podcast episodes?
