This is the sound of a space car blinker (can also sound like an alarm). In Audacity I first generated a sound
(Sinusoid, 440 Hz, amplitude: 0,8), then I added a "wahwah" to make it sound like a blinker, then I added a "tempo change" effect to make it more close to the real blinker tempo.
