While riding the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) in Oakland CA one afternoon, I made this recording of the interior of one of the trains. The recording lasts for a couple of stops, and you can hear the announcements, door sounds, train sounds, and conversation of the people around us. This recording was made using a Zoom H4 on 5 August 2007.

Such a great recording, absolutely captured that unique feel only a BART rider would instantly recognize. Especially that low rumble deep end.
