It's made in Buzz (like all the other loops) an evolved tracker like Windows-program with flexible generators and effects with full 'trackable' realtime controll. I don't recall exactly, but a lot of parameter-tweaking, and maybe some post compression.
The heyday of this program and its generators and effects are mostly gone since it's best / most usefull on Win 2000 and Xp. I got weird timing-errors on Win 7 / 10
