take white noise (ideally from a synth for more actual randomize behavior), pass it through the following: a randomly-modulating narrow band-pass filter then a filter which is being modulated in the "sample-and-hold" method ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sample_and_hold ), which are then going through this FX chain: distortion->filter->reverb; then record two long clips that can be panned left and right (where one has reverse polarity) for "bigger" sound, then record that through edison for final reverbing/bluring/time-stretching magic and "TA DA" we get this atmospheric lil tidbit.
