This is a recording of an "Uyoku" truck in Tokyo.
These are big, black trucks with massive old-school cone shaped PA speakers on the roof, they drive around Tokyo shouting distorted nationalistic messages.
This one was parked in the middle of large road junction in Roppongi, Tokyo, near the Ferrari showroom.
