I don't write or speak Thai, but I need to know if this sound is copyrighted by another person. I am trying to be careful of using music or sound I find on "freesound.org because many people upload music that is copyrighted by other people and I have been hit by YouTube for copyright claims for using other sounds, but not this one as of yet. So is this truly free to use and public domain? I don't want to get hit by YouTube again. Please respond as soon as possible.
