While sitting in an (up-market) Indian restaurant I couldn't help but take out my field-recorder and putting it on the table while eating. I placed the binaural mics about 15 cm apart, face up on the table. Recording chain: Sound Professionals SP-TFB-2 Binaural Microphones (on table) - Edirol R-09 (mic in, level 10, high gain, 24 bit @ 44.1 kHz) - 320 kbps mp3.
