It could be recorded in 1950. There is nothing composed or edit. It was life during the early morning of the 'Maritiem 's-Hertogenbosch 2015' event, a sailors festival in September. Small old ships of all kind are here.
You hear: A narrow inner harbor in a small town. People (Dutch sailors) chat. On the quay, the market stall to be furnished. Old ships engines (tug boats) are audible. Nice the echoing between the buildings. A man on wooden shoes passing. Dog's barking.
For me this was a ones in a life time recording. No sounds of the modern world.
