A wonderful sunset in the polder. The city is located a few kilometers from here.

At 200-300 meters are noisy white-fronted geese. It seems as if they squabble for a good place in the colony. Gradually, as it gets darker, the colony become calmer.
Lapwings sit in large groups on 100-200 meters. Maybe they will spend the winter here. When severe frosts they go to Southwest Europe. Their call is not as nice as during the mating season.
Coots and far ducks. Cows moo on more than 300 meters.
In the distance the traffic noise of the city. Far trains pass quickly. Far activity on a far farm. Occasionally a high, far plane and a ca running trough the polder, but it was not bothersome for me.
You do not hear them, but in the twilight I see four hares in the parkland. The gazelles in come out of the shelter of the bushes. The ground fog hanging now on one meter height. The full moon glows. Too bad, it's time to go home.
Realize that all the sounds were on a very low level. So when you play this recording do it on a low volume.
