Sorry this was so late, I wasn't able to upload this until now for various reasons, even though it was recorded a month ago. This was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, however I canot remember for what counties exactly. As you can hear, after the SAME Tones and 1050HZ beep, the NWR transmitter had a failure, and as such, there was no voice message or EOM tone. Unfortunately the approximate time recorded is also unknown. This was recorded using a Midland WR100 weather radio and an APH Bookport Plus, and edited using iTunes.
