I have taken a location recording of a street of London and applied a low pass filter. There are loads of rumble and the low end of people talking. The rumble sounds very organic and it keeps evolving.

Supberb, the voices sound vaguely like lapping water with a low-pass filter, gives it a nice hybrid sound.
