I recorded this sound using 2 omni microphones angled opposite. Compared with mid-side setting, stereo image gets enhanced. I slightly turn myself while recording, so you can hear like dogs move, I think.

funny, the first two small dogs start barking and nothing changes in the stereo image. But as the third and largest one enters the chorus... his 'voice' shifts from the left channel to somewhere *behind* you! :-)
