Couple of Red whiskered bulbuls used to visit a tree in front of my house very frequently last year. I didnt even know what they were so I did some search on the web and that is how I found this website :)

Hi, thanks - yeah, amazing area - can't wait to go back! Very simple recording gear - a sharpe md recorder and a Sony ECM MS907 Mic which I hang from a piece of string to try not to get any microphone bump - but sometimes end up with creaking noises caused by the string instead. I think sometime I might invest in a dat recorder, but I like to keep things simple.
