which was originally 3.320khz out of tune if you think of someone using a double-sideband receiver. The original file was tuned in on the opposite sideband which made the audio inverted. I tuned it in using Goldwave effect mechanize, with sign modulator, running it twice. I first set the frequency to 13khz. Then I used Goldwave's low-pass filter from 12.6khz to get rid of the upper sideband above 13khz. Mechanized again using 10.680khz which finally tuned in the signal. Ran low-pass to get rid of new stuff above 13. Just for fun, because I can. Be sure to attribute the poster of the original sound as well.
