which was originally 320hz out of tune. Tuned it in using Goldwave effect mechanize, with sign modulator, running it twice. I first set the frequency to 13khz. Then I used Goldwave's low-pass filter from 12.6khz to get rid of the upper sideband above 13khz. Mechanized again using 12.680khz which finally tuned in the signal.
