My voice saying most of the word "wide" taken from something else that I had been playing around with, each channel run through a process of Goldwave's mechanize effect, low-pass filter, and mechanize again with a different frequency in each channel to create a single sideband effect. Then ran it through pitch change with low fft, different pitch in each channel, to add more odd frequencies to my voice, then blended the channels together with through-the-skull effect, and finally snipped that bit out of the whole file and pasted several times.
