I've only upgraded my account today to Freesound v2 which set the licence of this sample back to BY-NC. As the original sample was distributed under a Sampling+ 1.0 license (see: http://www.freesound.org/forum/freesound-project/1323/?page=1#post6945 ), I've finally set the license to BY to stay compatible with the commercial usage.
