Amp Modelling experiments 2009-Sep-05

Created in Ableton Live. Fed short sounds to an amp in Revalver III and used the utility effect to massively amplify the output from the amp. Used Live's gate effect to allow only the tail portion of the sound out.

The amp effect used in Revalver III was either 6505 or 6505+. The 'tail' sounds recorded here are only present in these amp models.

I used different input sounds and combinations of effects as the input to the amp. The interesting feature is that all the tails seem to sound the same, independent of the input.
