This simple little rhythm emerged through me in a crystal bowl session this week. 6 bowls of different notes, 2 hands, and 2 large gong strikers - pretty much all the bowls/notes vibrating at once (a sound healing journey). Captured on Zoom H4N via onboard mics, centered between the bowls, 8 feet in front, 2 feet above floor.
