Process

8 channels composition conceived for a live performance, entirely created with Genesis (ACROE, Grenoble, France) physical modeling synthesis software using elementary not linear structures generating chaotic sounds: no post-audio treatment is done. Sounds are conceived like acoustical reportages of strange worlds (animal’s voices or undeciphered radio signals); in live performer, with no score, open acoustical windows on this parallel worlds creating any time a different living score of an indeterminate duration.

Sciamano by Giuseppe Gavazza is part of the XSL, a free sound collection curated by Thalamus Lab.
