Winter recording with SOUNDMAN OKM ii at Elk Island National Park in Canada. Wading through fairly deep snow -- just below the knees -- across a pond to have a closer look at a beaver lodge (sorry no critters on this recording). It's a crisp winter's day. As I walk the snow crunches underfoot and the bullrushes and reeds crackle and snap with every step.
