The frequency and/or bandwidth were set incorrectly on purpose to obtain a distorted sound. French radio speaker, highly distorted and uninteligible.
The approximate frequency is given on the filename (which is unchanged from the filename automatically assigned by the Twente website).
I was moving the frequency dial between 2 French speaking radio stations.
