Close-up sounds of Bull Frogs at the Bandon Marsh. These frogs are non-native to the area but were introduced when early farmers brought them to the area around Bandon, Oregon. The sounds you hear in this clip are sadly the last from the frogs in this old cranberry bog which was about to be covered over with dirt by the order of the USFW in order to eradicate them. The entire pond is now buried and the area has been replanted with native species. It is now known at the Smith Tract of the Bandon Marsh.
I don't know where the original frogs came from.
