Some time ago I presented the internal data traffic on inside of a computer. That was very popular. I have refined the method by using more 'microphones' (actually RF solenoids which pick up variations in the electric field near all active stuff in the computer. The result is fascinating. Still, you don't hear the bits but bit packages.
