sounds like a fuzzy bullet. This was one of a few effects I made for a few friends making a side-scrolling video game when they were in college.
This was recorded using a crappy, brandless PC microphone; recorded directly to PC using Sound Recorder in windows 95. Original waveform was a sample of my own voice, with post-effects added.
