by loading it in Paitshop pro and applying image processing (see original file for details).
Despite the fact my file was popular, I myself found the sound too abrasive and harsh to be musically useful.
Here I apply a classic trick when using extreme distortion techniques and just blended the processed sound with the original one. In this case I also applied a little "warming" to the original sound before mixing.
The result is a loop that I feel sounds musical enough but also sounds very different from the original sound.
