Yes.

So it's an unbalanced connection.

The internal mics are a little hissy, although the internal mic preamp is reasonably quiet/good.

Seems funny connecting a mic that is heavier and larger than the recorder :)

A good sound, I think.
Do you connect NT4 directly to R-09 via mini-phone cable?
