Varnam is a compositional form of Carnatic music, rich in melodic nuances. This is a recording of a varnam, titled Evvari Bodhana Vini, composed by Patnam Subramania Iyer in Abhogi raaga, set to Adi taala. It is sung by Prasanna, a young Carnatic vocalist from Chennai, India.
