The fields and rivers in Oxfordshire are flooded after weeks of heavy rain. At Cholsey Station on the former Great Western Mainline on a wet and windy winter afternoon.
A station announcement is heard for a First Great Western local service for London Paddington. A class 165 DMU coasts into Platform 4 as the rain eases to a fine drizzle. After a short station stop the DMU heads away towards Reading.
A Cross Country Trains Class 221 heads westwards on the up line towards Didcot.
