This is a recording of the Royal Air Force (RAF) aerobatic team, the red arrows as they depart Southport air show after their performance.
You can hear the commentary broadcast over the loudspeakers and the crowd cheering as the red arrows do their final manoeuvres.

Recording date: 2012/09/08
Recording location: Southport seafront, Merseyside, UK.
Recording equipment: 2X Shore SM58 dynamic cardioid microphones arranged in a near coincident pair, into the olympus dm670 digital recorder.
