Sound recorded and fixed with Audacity to create a light (neon lamp) which is switching on.
It has been recorded in a bathroom with a dynamic microphone pretty much close to the neon lamp (about 10 centimeters).
Applied effects : noise removal (10dB), equalization (amplification down before 1kHz and after 2kHz and a bit up between), reverb (room size : 10%, reverb : 30%)
