I couldn't see him well, it was very small and ... grey-brown :) So I guess you might be right, it could be a Cisticola. Gracias!

Sounds rather like a fan-tailed warbler. Both the tseep and the variation in voume as this bird tends to fly around in a circle with a see-saw flight, doing a tseep on each high. Did you see it?
