this recording was made on a winter camping trip to smarts mtn (white mtns, new hampshire) in february
2006. sitting around the campfire. the fire pops loudly and hisses
subtly. there are sniffling noses from the cold, rustling of parkas, a
whispered 'oh boy', and someone banging on a tree in the distance. stereo recording: sony ecm-ds70p -> minidisc.
